History
1995: Foundation of proOFFICE s.r.o. by INTERPLAST spol. S.r.o. as production company for sheet protectors
1997: Herlitz PBS Ag acquires 75% of the shares in proOFFICE s.r.o.
1998: Herlitz PBS AG acquires the remaining 25% of the shares in proOFFICE s.r.o.
1999: Herlitz relocates all other sheet protector machines from Berlin to proOFFICE
2001/02: The main raw material supplier, Renolit Group, significantly invests in the neighboring production site for PP foils and expands its capacity
2002: A new manufacturing hall (~ 3,000 m2) and a new office building is constructed (investment volume ~ € 2.0 million)
2006/07: proOFFICE invests ~ € 1.5 million in machinery capacity extensions and the modernisation of its equipment and machinery park
2008: In mid 2008, a major consumer retailer could be won as a new customer, thus further strengthening proOFFICE‘s customer base
2009: The Austrian Company Ring International Holding (RIH) has taken over prooffice from Herlitz PBS AG. RIH fully supports the continuing development of the factory and sees large potential on the European Market for softplastic items.
